Job summary

AmeriGas is seeking a Territory Sales Representative – Residential to join our Sales and Marketing team. You will prospect, qualify and close new residential customers by selling propane solutions within assigned field locations, focusing on Home Builders, HOA communities and OPS systems.

You will develop a sales plan, build strong relationships with decision-makers, deliver compelling proposals, and maintain accurate paperwork and performance records in line with company policy.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required. College degree preferred. Requires a minimum of 3 years sales experience. Experience working with Residential Home Builders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenue from Home Builders and HOA/OPS Communities.
• Establish relationships with prospective customers and present sales proposals.
• Develop and execute a sales plan for the geographic area to maintain activity and productivity.
• Network with decision-makers to lead them to AmeriGas solutions.
• Prepare accurate paperwork (commissions, orders, activity reports) per policy.
