Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative Residential to prospect, qualify, and close new customers in assigned field locations.

The role focuses on Home Builders, HOA communities, and OPS systems, aiming to exceed revenue and profit targets. The ideal candidate will develop sales plans, cultivate relationships with builders and decision-makers, and maintain strong product knowledge while meeting required regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have all sales skills necessary to prospect and close new customers.
• Must have complete understanding of propane products and services.
• Must be able to maintain a high level of productivity through careful planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Primary duty is to increase revenue from Home Builders and HOA and OPS Communities.
• Develop and execute a sales plan for the assigned geographic area to maintain strong sales activity.
• Network with decision-makers to lead them to AmeriGas solutions and proposals.
• Commit time for sales activities including events and meetings.
• Protect AmeriGas from competitive threats through account reviews and strategic proposals.
