Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand products and order process; provide quotes and process new orders.
• Check status of existing orders and maintain customer files and records.
• Enter information into databases and prepare correspondence for customers.
• Answer calls for assigned region and support sales team as needed.
• Coordinate dispatching of sub-contractors for surveys/installs/repairs.
