Job summary

Comcast is seeking an entry-level broadband installation technician to install and troubleshoot voice, video, and data services in customers' homes. You will perform field assessments, complete required training, and advance through certifications while reducing on-site supervision with growing proficiency.

The role requires physical work, the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and readiness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comprehensive benefits start Day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential broadband installation and troubleshooting in customers' homes.
• Follow safety practices, complete service calls, and diagnose issues end-to-end.
• Install home networks using coax, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi technology as needed.
• Document work clearly and update customer accounts using digital tools.
• Maintain vehicle and tools, report safety concerns promptly.
• Readiness for varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.
