Job summary

Comcast is seeking an entry-level broadband technician to install and troubleshoot voice, video, and data services in customers' homes and neighborhoods. You will work with established procedures, complete certifications, and advance with training while meeting safety standards.

You will perform residential installations, diagnose issues from the network to customer equipment, and help set up basic home networks while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects while following safe work practices, company procedures, and applicable electrical and safety codes.
• Complete service calls by diagnosing and resolving issues from the network connection to customer equipment.
• Install and support basic home networks using coaxial cable, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi technology based on customer needs.
• Verify service quality using required testing tools and make adjustments to deliver reliable performance.
