Job summary

Comcast is seeking an entry-level Installer to deliver broadband, voice, video, and data services to customers' homes. You will install, diagnose issues, and complete required training and certifications while maintaining safety standards and procedures.

This role involves physical work, evening/weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, and a path to progression within the company. Base pay is $18.20/hour with bonuses and comprehensive benefits starting Day 1.

Responsibilities

Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects following safety and codes.
Diagnose issues from network to customer equipment and complete service calls.
Install and support home networks using coax, Ethernet, and Wi‑Fi.
Verify service quality with testing tools and adjust for reliability.
Educate customers on products and proper equipment use.
Document work and update customer accounts.
Maintain vehicle and report safety concerns.
Operate ladders and tools safely; work at heights up to 26 ft.
