Comcast is seeking an entry-level Residential Installation & Service Technician to install, maintain and troubleshoot home voice, video, and internet services. You will perform field assessments, service calls, and gain skills through paid training and required certifications, progressing toward greater independence with proficiency.

Work is performed in customers’ homes with the possibility of nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Entry-level field role designed for hands-on work and customer interaction.

Responsabilités

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects following safety and company procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from network connection to customer equipment.
• Install and support basic home networks using coaxial cable, Ethernet, and Wi‑Fi.
• Verify service quality using testing tools and adjust for reliable performance.
• Educate customers on products, services, equipment use and set expectations.
• Document completed work and update customer accounts with digital tools.
• Maintain, clean, and stock vehicle, tools, and equipment; report safety concerns.
