Job summary

Comcast Corporation is hiring for an entry-level broadband installation role. You will install new services, restore connectivity, and ensure a positive customer experience in customers' homes and neighborhoods.

The position requires physical work, flexibility for nights/weekends/holidays, and adherence to safety and process standards. The job offers base pay of $20.80 per hour with quarterly bonuses and day‑one benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with on‑the‑job training and safety requirements.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
• Reliable attendance and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects following safety and electrical codes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from network to customer equipment.
• Install and support basic home networks (coaxial, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi) per customer needs.
• Verify service quality using testing tools and adjust for reliable performance.
• Educate customers on products, services, and how to use equipment.
• Document work and update customer accounts with digital tools.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and equipment; report safety concerns promptly.
• Operate ladders, meters, and light power tools safely and correctly.
• Work at heights up to 26 ft. and handle equipment up to 70 lb.
• Drive company vehicle with valid license; complete required training and background checks.
