Comcast is seeking an entry-level broadband installer responsible for installation and troubleshooting of voice, video, and data services. The role involves field assessments, completing certifications, and progressing with increasing independence under safety standards.

Base pay is $22/hour with quarterly bonuses and day‑one benefits, including health, dental, vision coverage, PTO, holidays, and discounted cable services. Flexibility for weekends and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with on-the-job training and certification requirements.
• Ability to climb poles and work at heights in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Install and change services per procedures and NEC/NESC.
• Troubleshoot service drops and design home networks.
• Prepare and maintain records for customer accounts.
• Communicate with customers about products and policies.
• Operate installation tools and drive company vehicle safely.
