Job summary

Monarch Healthcare in the United States seeks a Residential Team Leader to supervise staff and the individuals they support, ensuring quality life through person-centered services within ICF programs.

The role requires a Bachelor degree and a valid US driver’s license with a Qualified Professional designation. You’ll lead daily operations, coordinate documentation, and drive compliance and safety across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required (dependent upon experience).
• Driver's license valid in USA.
• Qualified Professional (QP) - Monarch-DSM (per 10A NCAC 27G .0104).

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and ongoing assessment and develop person-centered plans for individuals we support.
• Coordinate daily, monthly, quarterly and annual documentation in the EHR/medical records.
• Oversee staff performance, discipline, training, and development to ensure quality services.
• Engage in hiring processes and ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure safety, incident response, and adherence to agency policies and regulations.
