Job summary

Monarch Healthcare is seeking a Residential Team Leader to supervise staff and individuals served, ensuring high-quality services in ICF programs. The qualified professional will oversee clinical plans, documentation, and program operations while maintaining regulatory standards across North Carolina and Rhode Island.

The role requires a Bachelor degree with relevant experience or higher, a valid Driver's License, and QP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (non-Human Services) with 4 years full-time experience or Human Services degree with 2 years experience, or Master in Human Services with 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance to staff and individuals supported to improve quality of life.
• Act as qualified professional for assigned people and ICF programs.
• Support ICF programs, ensure service delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and participate in team meetings, develop and monitor person-centered plans.
• Coordinate daily, monthly, quarterly and annual documentation in EHR/medical records.
• Schedule on-call coverage and maintain a safe working environment.
• Hire, discipline, train, and conduct performance appraisals as appropriate.
• Notify Director of Program Operations of applicable matters.
