CRSI Champaign Residential Services Inc. is hiring a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) in Urbana, OH. The role involves leading an interdisciplinary team, managing resident care plans, and ensuring compliance with Medicaid and state standards.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a human services field (or RN/ Physician licensure) and at least 18 months with DoDD. On-call duties and a valid driver’s license are required. Full-time with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a human services field or licensure as RN/Physician.
• Must have at least 18 months of DoDD experience.
• Must be on-call for homes.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• BMV record and background screenings required.

Responsabilités

• Know that you make a difference everyday helping others live their best life.
• Owns and manages each resident's comprehensive care and active treatment plan.
• Leads the interdisciplinary team including the individual, family, DSPs, and medical/therapy specialists.
• Ensures home and care practices meet state and federal standards, such as Medicaid requirements.
• Acts as a central bridge connecting families, medical staff, and care providers.
• Mentor/coach to teach residents self-reliance.
