Monarch Healthcare is hiring a Residential Manager to oversee daily operations at assigned locations in the United States. You will support staff and individuals to achieve personal goals within the community, ensuring person-centered plans are followed and incidents are managed per policy.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 2 years of experience with IDD or related populations, 1 year of management experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 2 years experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• 1 year management experience is required or preferred.
• Valid Driver's License (USA) is required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the person-centered plan is implemented creatively, timely, and with staff using person-centered approaches.
• Participate in team meetings with providers and natural supports as needed.
• Maintain documentation and update plans promptly.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the people supported and their routines and preferences.
• Respond to incidents following agency policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to staff and oversee payroll-related duties.
• Communicate across shifts and with management, consultants, and families.
• Ensure staffing schedules meet the needs of the people supported and supervise program coverage.
• Maintain accurate financial handling and prevent overspending.
• Ensure reports and records are completed and maintained in the EHR/medical records.
• Maintain a safe work environment and manage emergencies or on-call coverage.
• Sleepover in residential settings may be required.
• Comply with agency policies and state/federal regulations.
