Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work well with diverse people in a non-judgmental way.

Responsibilities

• Check visitors in and out, answer phones and monitor security systems.
• Maintain safety and security of residents by monitoring all access areas and enforcing rules.
• Intervene in crises, respond to emergencies, and contact emergency services as needed.
• Coordinate services for tenants and contact outside service providers as necessary.
• Work with other staff and visiting service providers; refer tenants to clinical staff as needed.
• Initiate maintenance requests.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
