Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking a Home Improvement Sales Consultant for warm leads to close residential solar and roofing deals in New Jersey. The role offers paid training, uncapped commissions, and multiple revenue streams to boost earnings.

Candidates with 1–3 years of sales experience or strong closers are encouraged to apply, with top performers earning substantial OTE in a high-demand market. Ideal candidates will manage a pipeline, present tailored solar/roofing solutions, and drive revenue

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience; inside or outside sales considered
• Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability
• Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound and field-generated leads
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs
• Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer
• Overcome objections and confidently close deals
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle
• Prospect within your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline
• Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations
• Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close
