Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. (HQCA) is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow relationships with residential solar installers across the Southeast Region.

You will drive financing products adoption alongside PV hardware and energy storage solutions, serving as the primary commercial contact for partner installers. This remote role is open nationwide with a preference for candidates in New Jersey, New York, or Connecticut.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, channel sales, or account management.
• Experience in residential solar, renewable energy or financing.
• Strong relationship management and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for installer leadership.
• Drive adoption of TPO and other finance products.
• Support PV module and ESS solutions sales.
• Educate partners on pricing, incentives, and new products.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners.
• Build long-term growth plans with installer leadership.
• Identify opportunities to deepen partner relationships.
