Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking a C&I Module Sales Manager to drive PV module sales in C&I and residential markets. The role targets Southeastern US growth, focusing on large commercial/industrial rooftop and ground-mount projects, while developing new customers with channel partners.

The position requires about 50% travel, reporting to the Head of C&I Module Sales, and residency in GA/NC/SC with periodic visits to Teaneck, NJ. Compensation varies by zone with regional pay bands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Business or electrical, power-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in solar-related industry, preferably community or utility scale.
• Ability to develop PV business with utility and commercial developers.
• Willingness to travel at least 50%.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Capitalize on HQCA’s solar business to identify and develop plans.
• Pursue growth opportunities in Southeastern solar markets focusing on commercial/industrial projects.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and identify strategic partners/customers in C&I sector.
• Manage relationships with key customers including POs, AR, technical support, and logistics.
• Observe RFP opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
