Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. (HQCA) seeks an experienced Manager of Pricing Development & New Products to steer pricing strategy and product innovation for residential solar financing.

The role interfaces with capital markets, BD, and sales as the company expands into new states and product lines, with up to 20% travel. The position is based in California (Irvine/San Francisco/Santa Clara) or Teaneck, NJ, with an in-office schedule at management discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in financial analysis, pricing, or product development.
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to communicate complex pricing clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present to executives and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, price setting, and launch of new TPO products and pricing promotions.
• Monitor competitive pricing and market positioning across states.
• Design dealer incentives and manage installer tiering to support growth.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets and cross-functional teams to ensure pricing alignment.
• Oversee a small Pricing Development team.
