Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. (HQCA) is expanding its energy business in North America and seeks a Senior Manager to drive growth from customer identification to commercial opportunities. The role offers a remote option for exceptional candidates and is based in Teaneck, New Jersey.

You will work with cross-functional teams to craft proposals, evaluate energy storage, solar, and on-site power solutions, and advance transactions with partners and customers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years in energy sales, business development, project origination, or related roles.
• Ability to identify, qualify, and advance opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in solar, battery storage, energy services, or power infrastructure.
• Strong relationship management, proposal writing, and commercial coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with data center owners, operators, developers, and decision-makers for energy procurement and infrastructure.
• Develop a qualified pipeline with defined power requirements and energization dates.
• Help shape customer solutions with technical and development teams for on-site power and cooling.
• Coordinate proposals and RFP responses across technical, financial, legal, and delivery teams.
• Advance commercial terms, negotiate, and coordinate contracting and handoff to delivery.
• Contribute to business expansion with practical account strategies and materials.
