The Qcells Residential Business Office seeks a Business Development Manager to grow relationships with residential solar installers across the Southeast.

You will own commercial relationships, drive growth of financing products alongside PV hardware and energy storage solutions, and collaborate with Sales Operations, Training, and Installer Risk teams to onboard and scale partners on EnFin, our residential finance platform.

Formación

• 5+ years in business development, channel sales, or account management.
• Experience in residential solar, renewable energy, financing, or related industries.
• Strong relationship management and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for installer leadership.
• Drive adoption of TPO and other finance products.
• Support PV module and ESS solutions sales.
• Educate partners on pricing, incentives, and new product offerings.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners.
• Build long-term growth plans with installer leadership.
• Identify opportunities to deepen partner relationships.
