Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. seeks a Manager, Pricing Development & New Products to drive pricing strategy, product innovation, and capital markets interface for residential solar financing. This role requires analytical rigor and leadership to expand pricing, products, and dealer relationships.

The position is based in CA/NJ offices with potential in-office schedules; travel up to 20% is expected and remote work may be considered in exceptional cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, or product development.
• 3+ years in a hands-on analytical role at an operating company.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading a team.
• At least 1 year of experience in residential solar financing.

Responsabilités

• Lead pricing development and launch of new TPO products.
• Conduct competitive intelligence across states and channels.
• Manage installer tiering and dealer incentive structures.
• Lead pricing strategy for the New Homes channel.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, S&OP, and platform teams.
• Test and validate new pricing tools and platform features.
• Manage a small team within Pricing Development.
