Job summary

ADT is seeking field sales advisors to visit customers’ homes and demonstrate security and smart home solutions. You will tailor each system to the client’s space, build trust, and drive long-term relationships with a focus on value and safety.

Expect a lucrative earnings opportunity with uncapped commissions; first weeks training support; travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; additional licensing may be location-based.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset; strong at uncovering leads and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with clients to become a reliable advisor during and after the sale.
• Customize each system to fit the client’s space, lifestyle, and concerns, combining security, automation, and life safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing new sales leads.
