Job summary

Open Arms Care is seeking a Site Operations Manager in Nashville, TN to lead a residential group home environment. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, ensure safety, and coordinate with care teams to support clients' growth and well-being.

The role requires 3+ years in ID/DD, supervisory experience, and valid licensure. A strong focus on documentation, teamwork, and communication is essential for success in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ID/DD field with direct client support.
• 2+ years in supervisory/managerial role overseeing staff.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• PCM certification within 60 days of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Represent Open Arms Care in community meetings, events, and functions.
• Assist in hiring, selection, and placement to ensure qualified applicants.
• Foster a supportive work environment and coordinate staff engagement activities.
• Communicate plans of care and provide clear directions to on-site teams.
• Maintain weekly supply inventories and budgetary obligations.
• Provide on-site supervision of up to 30 employees.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness per facility standards and licensure requirements.
• Attend Safety Committee and Incident Management meetings and follow up as needed.
• Ensure documentation accuracy across bed checks, shift notes, and care plans.
• Collaborate with Program Manager and Site Nurse on weekly planning.
