Job summary

OAC in Nashville, TN seeks a Full Time Officials/Managers to oversee daily operations of residential locations. You will supervise staff, coordinate onboarding, and support budget and payroll tasks while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in ID/DD/Behavioral Health, at least 2 years in supervision, and certifications for CPR and PCM within specified timelines; a valid driver’s license is also required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the ID/DD/Behavioral Health field in direct support of clients.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory/management oversight of employees.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Certified in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) within 60 days of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of residential locations.
• Supervise and mentor Site Operations Managers and Shift Supervisors.
• Complete and review required reports; monitor budgets and payroll.
• Coordinate scheduling, onboarding, and staffing coverage.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance at sites.
• Collaborate with Program Manager and Site Nurse on client supports.
