Job summary

New Haven, a leading residential treatment center, is seeking a shift supervisor for our adolescent girls program in Spanish Fork, UT. You will lead mentors, manage shift operations, and partner with HR and leadership to hire and onboard staff dedicated to trauma-informed care.

The role requires 21+, high school diploma, clean driver's license, Utah background check, a Food Handler’s Permit, and an 8-month commitment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Pass Utah State background check.
• Willing to obtain Food Handler’s Permit before starting.
• Commitment of at least 8 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Mentors during shifts; recognize standout performance.
• Assign responsibilities to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Partner with HR to hire and onboard staff for long-term success.
• Guide new hires through structured on-shift orientation.
• Facilitate weekly training and coach team performance.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Address performance issues with disciplinary protocols.
• Share shift updates during handoffs for continuity.
• Advocate for your shift in interdisciplinary Treatment Team meetings.
• Conduct quarterly safety drills and model best practices.
