Qualifications

• Experience in a residential treatment center or similar environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build healthy relationships.
• Skilled in de-escalation, CPR, and First Aid.
• Able to model and teach positive values.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mentors and supervisors in your house, fostering a supportive team.
• Recognize excellence by rewarding employees and delegating responsibilities to keep the team running smoothly.
• Hire and train in collaboration with HR, provide thorough orientation for new hires, and offer ongoing training.
• Evaluate staff regularly, provide constructive feedback, and discipline as needed.
• Participate in weekly treatment team meetings, conduct safety drills, manage budgets, and maintain a welcoming house.
• Keep parents updated on their child’s progress and needs through frequent communication.
• Execute treatment team decisions to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes for students.
