New Haven in Utah is seeking a compassionate residential treatment program leader for adolescent girls. You will direct and support mentors and supervisors in your house, oversee hiring and training, and ensure safety and therapeutic plan implementation.

The role emphasizes teamwork, community outreach with families, and maintaining a welcoming, well-run environment. Requires 2 years in a residential setting; 21+ with a valid license; commitment to trauma-informed care and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a residential treatment center or similar environment.
• Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage mentors and supervisors in your house, fostering a supportive and effective team.
• Reward employees for exceptional work and delegate responsibilities to keep the team running smoothly.
• Collaborate with HR to hire the best talent, provide thorough orientation for new hires, and offer ongoing training.
• Conduct regular evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and discipline staff as needed.
• Join weekly treatment team meetings, conduct safety drills, manage budgets, and ensure your house is clean and welcoming.
• Keep parents updated on their child’s progress, needs, and expectations through frequent communication.
• Execute treatment team decisions to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes for our students.
