You will supervise staff, coordinate training, manage budgets, and support individuals with developmental disabilities to reach their highest potential. Responsibilities include safeguarding medications, reporting incidents, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating with families and nursing staff to deliver coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a human services field preferred; high school diploma or its equivalent required.
• Minimum two years’ experience with persons who have developmental disabilities in a group residence.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day operation of the home in a manner that complies with regulations and Agency standards.
• Provide supervision and training to people with intellectual disabilities to promote growth toward their highest potential.
• Supervise staff and coordinate disciplinary actions with oversight from the Division Manager.
• Maintain medication administration, incident reporting, and audit processes.
