You will supervise and train staff, manage budgets, coordinate trainings, monitor records, and respond to emergencies with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Disability services experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with driving history requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential homes and ensure compliance.
• Supervise and train staff, including Direct Support Professionals.
• Monitor medication and service records, audits, and reporting errors.
• Manage budgeting, petty cash, supplies, and financial processes.
• Coordinate staff training and participate in IP planning.
• Ensure safety, transport residents, and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Attend meetings and support residents' activities.
