Job summary

Chimes International LTD is seeking a Residential Supervisor to oversee daily operation of the home, ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

You will supervise Lead Staff and Direct Support Professionals, manage budgets and medication processes, coordinate trainings, and maintain clear communication with families and healthcare partners. A degree in human services is preferred with at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the home in line with regulations.
• Supervise Lead Staff and Direct Support Professionals; issue warnings and participate in performance improvement actions.
• Manage budgets, petty cash, purchases, and residents' funds; ensure timely reporting and audits.
• Coordinate staff training and development; ensure safety, cleanliness, and accurate records.
• Transport residents to appointments and coordinate medical services with nursing staff.
