• Two years’ experience with persons with developmental disability in a group residence.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and training to residents to promote growth.
• Oversees lead staff and direct support professionals with disciplinary actions.
• Maintains accurate service and medication records and completes audits.
