Chimes in Fairfax, VA seeks a Home Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a residential setting. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating health services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualificações

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a human services field is preferred.
• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Two years’ experience with persons who have developmental disabilities in a group residence, plus supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises the day-to-day operation of the home in accordance with regulations and Agency standards.
• Provides supervision and training to individuals with intellectual disabilities to promote growth.
• Oversees Lead Staff and Direct Support Professionals; initiates disciplinary actions with the Division Manager as needed.
• Maintains service and medication books; reports errors and completes audit forms.
• Coordinates direct support staff training and ongoing staff development.
• Manages household budgets and funds, including petty cash and shopping.
• Ensures safety, maintains documentation, and reports incidents promptly.
• Transports individuals to medical appointments and coordinates medical services.

Formação académica
