Job summary

Bridgewell is seeking an Assistant Residential Manager 2 to oversee daily operations of a residential home for people with disabilities. The role includes direct care support, program coordination, and supervising staff to meet regulatory standards.

The position requires leadership, documentation oversight, and the ability to address medical and behavioral needs. Schedule includes Sunday morning and weekday afternoons/evenings, totaling 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• DSP Certification, Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities and experience with behavioral or medical concerns.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to uphold performance standards and ensure program adherence to agency requirements.
• Provide leadership and maintain a positive work climate; communicate concerns to on-call/management.
• Ensure services and documentation comply with DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF and Bridgewell policies.
• Create opportunities for individuals to develop skills and foster independence.
• Oversee medical, clinical, and financial needs; arrange appropriate services.
