Bridgewell seeks a Residential Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential home serving people with disabilities and related needs in Massachusetts. You will supervise staff, coordinate training, ensure compliance with regulations, and monitor budgets while maintaining high quality care.

You will collaborate with clinical teams, guardians, and families to support individuals’ health and well-being, including documentation, safety, and billing processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in the field.
• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience required.
• Experience in direct care and understanding clinical needs of those served.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure quality of care and accreditation standards are met.
• Lead staff scheduling, hiring, training, and supervision.
• Manage program budget, expenses, and payroll processes.
• Collaborate with clinical and nursing teams to meet medical and behavioral needs.
