Job summary

Bridgewell seeks an Assistant Residential Manager 1 to support daily operation of a residential home for individuals with disabilities. You will provide direct care support as needed and coordinate program duties under supervision.

Training in behavioral supports and medical care will be provided to enhance supervision. Position involves oversight of staff, scheduling, and collaboration with management to ensure high-quality services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.
• Ability to lead staff, coordinate documentation, and interface with management/nursing.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to uphold performance standards and program goals.
• Provide positive work climate and communicate concerns to management.
• Ensure services and documentation meet regulatory standards.
• Support individuals in decision-making and independence.
• Oversee medical, clinical, and financial needs and secure services.
• Transport individuals to medical, recreational, and other activities.
• Maintain relationships with funding sources and community partners.
• Monitor petty cash and stay within budget.
