Job summary

Bridgewell seeks a Residential Support Manager to provide supervision and leadership within the Residential Living Department, filling leadership openings, ensuring quality of care, and maintaining Bridgewell's internal systems. The role includes on-call responsibilities and staff training to foster growth and high performance.

Responsibilities cover regulatory compliance, staff scheduling, coaching, and ensuring HIPAA and program policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Associate's degree with 3+ years in a direct support role or significant industry experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working with people with disabilities.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory and team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill duties as defined in Residential Manager job description.
• Cover for Residential Manager to ensure quality of care and regulatory standards.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations; manage staff schedules and training.
