Job summary

Bridgewell in Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Residential Manager 2 to help oversee a residential home for people with disabilities. You will provide direct care support and coordinate program duties, ensuring services align with regulatory standards and agency policies.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; DSP certification and leadership experience are preferred. Schedule: Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Thursday 2:00pm-10:00pm (40 hours/week).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• DSP Certification and/or Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
• Experience leading staff, coordinating documentation flow, and interfacing with management/nursing staff as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to uphold performance standards and ensure individuals follow agency requirements.
• Provide positive leadership and communicate concerns to on-call/management staff.
• Ensure services and documentation meet DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF and Bridgewell standards.
• Create opportunities to help individuals develop skills and independence.
• Oversee medical, clinical, and financial needs and coordinate appropriate services.
