Job summary

Bridgewell seeks an Assistant Residential Manager 2 to oversee daily operations of a residential home for individuals with disabilities in Merrimac, MA. You will lead staff, ensure care quality, and coordinate training, case management, and program duties.

The role involves supervising clinical and financial needs, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. A high school diploma, DSP cert, and at least one year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• DSP Certification, Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead staff or act as shift leader and coordinate documentation with management.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to uphold performance standards and ensure compliance with agency requirements.
• Provide leadership to staff and maintain a positive work climate; communicate concerns to on-call/ management.
• Ensure services and documentation meet DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF standards and Bridgewell policies.
• Create opportunities for individuals to develop skills and independence.
• Oversee medical, clinical, and financial needs; arrange appropriate services as needed.
• Transport individuals to medical, recreational, and other activities.
• Build relationships with funding sources, community groups, families, and service providers.
• Monitor petty cash and stay within budgetary limits.
• Provide interim coverage as directed by program management.
• Maintain core training certifications (CPR/FA, OSHA, CPI, MAP, PABC, Driver Safety).
• Other duties as assigned.
