Job summary

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in residential services with 2+ years in supervisory/managerial roles.
• Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and regulatory compliance.
• Budgeting and resource allocation experience for program operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory records.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to Direct Support Professionals.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support medical, plans, and data for persons supported.
• Develop and retain a strong DSP workforce with coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with program regulations, policies, and standards.
• Coordinate with external agencies, families, and healthcare providers to offer comprehensive services.
• Oversee emergency preparedness protocols for crises.
• Maintain OPWDD documentation and readiness for audits or site visits.
• Build relationships with staff, partners, and advocates to enhance support networks.
