• Progressive experience in residential services with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and regulatory compliance.
• Budgeting and resource allocation experience for residential programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to Direct Support Professionals, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with MAP, nurses, BIS and team to support medical and clinical care, plans, and data for persons supported.
• Develop and retain a strong DSP workforce through coaching, training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with program regulations, policies, and standards; monitor for quality care and safety.
• Coordinate with external agencies, families, and healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive services.
