Job summary

The New York Foundling is seeking a Residence Manager to oversee multi-site residential programs, ensuring person-centered supports, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will direct budgeting, staffing, and training to support independence and community integration for individuals served.

Collaborating with nursing, clinical teams, and community partners, you will align operations with regulatory requirements and organizational values, while fostering growth and quality of life for residents

Responsibilities

Create a supportive and nurturing environment with high-quality care and promote independence and community integration.
Lead residence plans for budgeting, incident management and personal allowances in accordance with plans and regulations.
Oversee on-site operations with DSP competencies, ADL support, health needs, and emergency procedures.
Collaborate with nursing, clinical and IDT teams to ensure continuity of care and monitor health trends.
Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure program sustainability and fiscal responsibility.
Maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance support networks and opportunities.
