Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight to residential staff, coaching and developing employees toward excellence.
• Lead budgeting, incident management and personal allowances in plans to promote growth and independence.
• Daily on-site observations to ensure residences are in working order and DSP competencies are demonstrated.
• Collaborate with nursing, clinical and IDT to ensure continuity of care and address health trends.
• Oversee budget planning and fiscal responsibility to sustain program operations.
• Coordinate staffing levels, training, and Evolv documentation; manage OT and scheduling.
• Build relationships with community partners, advocates, and stakeholders to expand support networks.
• Coordinate with internal teams for processes and action items; respond calmly to incidents.
