Job summary

Robertson Electric is seeking a Residential Maintenance Service Coordinator to act as the operational hub between our field technicians and customers. In this role you will coordinate daily maintenance schedules, dispatch technicians, and ensure timely, accurate job documentation.

You will be the customer’s first point of contact on calls, drive customer happiness, and collaborate with sales to spot growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, customer service, scheduling or administration; HVAC or home services background helpful.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software; proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance schedules and dispatch technicians using ServiceTitan.
• Be the welcoming voice on calls, nurture relationships and support renewals.
• Keep technicians supplied, informed and equipped for efficient job execution.
• Collaborate with sales on equipment leads and manage non-stock orders.
• Ensure accurate job documentation and provide field support as needed.
