Robertson Electric in Charlottesville, VA seeks a Residential Maintenance Service Coordinator to serve as the operational heart, coordinating schedules and dispatching technicians to ensure smooth field operations.

In this role, you will handle customer calls, build long-term relationships, and support field techs with supplies and information to keep jobs flowing. You’ll also collaborate with sales on equipment leads to grow the business and improve service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, customer service, scheduling or administration.
• HVAC or home services experience is a big plus.
• Tech-savvy with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).

• Keep technicians supplied, informed, and equipped for productive job execution.

What You'll Do

• Command Operations: Coordinate daily maintenance schedules and dispatch technicians using industry-leading software (ServiceTitan).
• Champion Customer Happiness: Be the welcoming voice on incoming calls, execute "Happy Calls," and build long-term relationships that drive trust and agreement renewals.
• Empower Field Techs: Keep our technicians supplied, informed, and equipped for seamless job execution and high productivity.
• Drive Business Growth: Partner with sales coordinators on equipment leads, manage non-stock part orders, and spot system repair and enhancement opportunities.
• Keep Quality High: Ensure accurate job documentation, support commercial and demand service calls, and step up with field support whenever needed.
