Qualifications

• Residential building systems maintenance and repair experience.
• Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Experience in industrial maintenance environments with safety and compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently in a remote, contract setting.
• Effective communication and documentation with residents and vendors.
• Familiarity with safety standards and housing codes; digital tools for work orders helpful.
• Residential or property maintenance experience preferred; certifications or training are a plus.
