• Excellent communication and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance schedules and dispatch field technicians.
• Be the welcoming voice on calls, handle inquiries, and foster customer happiness.
• Keep technicians supplied and informed for high productivity.
• Partner with sales coordinators on equipment leads and orders.
• Ensure accurate job documentation and support field operations.
