Construction Grad, LLC is seeking a Service Coordinator in Los Angeles to act as the hub between customers and field technicians. You will coordinate each service request from the initial contact through completion, ensuring smooth scheduling and clear communication.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in customer service or coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

You’ll serve as the central point of communication between customers and field technicians, helping coordinate each service request and keep everything moving along the way.

What You’ll Do:
