Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program security and site automation solutions.
• Install and service fire, CO, access control, and video solutions.
• Test signals/communication with central monitoring to ensure proper operation.
• Provide customer-focused service and explain protection features to customers.
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with customers and coworkers.
• Service visits to customers' homes or businesses.
