ADT is hiring a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, and program security and site automation solutions for residential and business customers. You will test system signals, ensure reliable communication with central monitoring, and deliver excellent customer service to help clients understand protection at home.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program existing security and site automation solutions.
• Test and validate system signals/communication with central monitoring.
• Serve as a customer service champion to help customers understand protection in their home.
• Follow processes for wired/wireless technology and connection procedures.
