Job summary

ADT is seeking a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct, and program existing security and site automation solutions. The role involves visiting customers at their homes or businesses to install and service systems, test signals, and ensure reliable monitoring.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Service fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control.
• Follow and complete required wired/wireless technology and connection procedures.
• Test and validate system signals with central monitoring to establish service.
• Be a customer service champion, helping customers understand protection at their home.
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with customers and coworkers, visiting homes or businesses.
